The previous version of the Celebration Orthopaedic website was built for search engines first and people second, optimized to the point of feeling templated and impersonal, with scattered, interlinking pages that left visitors confused and leads slipping through the cracks. We built a streamlined new site that presents all three locations clearly and unites the Surgery Center and Physical Therapy offices under a single, cohesive brand. By making the message dramatically more engaging and sharpening the overall UX and positioning, we improved both conversion rates and the quality of the leads coming through.
The Challenge
Celebration Orthopaedic was never short on substance. Experienced surgeons, three convenient locations, an in-house Surgery Center, and dedicated Physical Therapy offices meant patients could move through their entire care journey, from first appointment to full recovery, without ever leaving the practice. The website simply didn't reflect any of that.
The existing site had been built around search engine optimization, and in chasing rankings it had lost sight of the people it was meant to serve. The copy read like it was written for an algorithm: keyword-dense, repetitive, and impersonal. Pages multiplied and interlinked until the structure became a maze, and visitors who arrived looking for help often left without booking an appointment. The team felt it from the inside, too. The site was difficult to update, which made keeping information current across multiple locations a constant struggle.
Beneath the technical issues was a deeper one. The three locations, the Surgery Center, and the PT offices had come to look online like separate entities, with no cohesive brand tying them together and no clear story about what makes Celebration Orthopaedic different. The site also spoke in the language of search terms, when the people visiting it are often in pain, anxious, and trying to decide who to trust with their care. Translating the practice's real strengths into a web experience meant starting with the patients themselves, and with the doctors who know them best.
The Solution

With nine busy physicians to learn from, we couldn't leave their input to chance, so we designed a structured process to capture it and built the entire scheduling effort around their availability. We coordinated interviews across all nine doctors, organized our questions in advance, and ran each session efficiently so we gathered everything we needed while making the most of how valuable their time is. That discipline is what made the rest of the project possible.
A Cohesive Brand Identity
We implemented the practice's new brand identity consistently across every page, giving Celebration Orthopaedic a unified look and voice for the first time. The three locations, the Surgery Center, and the Physical Therapy offices now live under one clear brand, so a patient understands at a glance that they're looking at a single, connected practice. Every color, type choice, and layout decision reinforces the same impression: this is an established, professional practice with everything working in concert.
Positioning Built on Real Patient Pain Points
The heart of the project was getting the message right. Drawing on those discovery sessions, we worked with Celebration Orthopaedic's physicians to understand what their patients actually struggle with in plain, human terms: the fear of surgery, the frustration of being bounced between providers, the uncertainty of not knowing whether an injury needs serious attention. Those conversations shaped the entire site. The new copy speaks directly to the concerns patients carry when they arrive and positions the practice as the team that understands them and can help. The result is a message that connects with real people and moves them to act.

Great positioning needs great content to carry it. We worked hand in hand with Celebration Orthopaedic's local photo and video team, coaching them on what to capture, how to frame it, and how to produce imagery and footage that fits the new brand and tells the right story. The result is authentic content, created by people who know the practice and guided by the direction needed to make it shine. This approach filled the new site with genuine, on-brand material and left the team equipped to keep creating it long after launch.
Fast, Mobile-Friendly, and Easy to Maintain
We rebuilt the site to be quick, responsive, and effortless to navigate on any device, which matters enormously when so many patients are searching from their phones. We also made the site easy for the staff to update. Information across all three locations can now be kept accurate and current without a fight, so the website stays as reliable as the practice it represents.
