Harmel Academy is a Grand Rapids-based academy focused on teaching skilled trades with a background of faith. Located on East Beltline, the same street as the main Emberly offices, Harmel Academy provides exceptional programs such as skilled stewardship, machine & systems technology, and humanities. The Harmel Academy team came to Emberly looking for a fresh new brand. They wanted something that spoke to the impactful power of the trade industries, while emphasizing faith and roots in classical education. The Emberly team came up with a unique way to incorporate line drawings into the brand, creating an aesthetic that bridges the gap between classical and modern designs. The Harmel website is a compelling overview of Harmel’s unique offerings, and has led to a noteworthy uptick in enrollment.
