NeoRelief is a Michigan-based company that produces pain relief products. Focused on “garden-to-medicine-cabinet” effectiveness, NeoRelief offers four flagship products, as well as bundles and subscriptions. The NeoRelief website project utilized its brand new branding. Emberly Digital was given the task of translating the distinctive NeoRelief packaging into the online space.
We used the “wave” element throughout the site to give an elegant transition between sections. The primary color palette of each product is implemented in strategic locations to draw attention to individual product branding.
The NeoRelief website also required several key pieces of ecommerce functionality. In addition to basic product sales, NeoRelief products are able to be purchased on a subscription basis. This requires a complicated chain of credit card transactions, email notifications, and subscription settings that ultimately translate into an easy, fast customer experience.
NeoRelief also offers wholesale pricing for distributers. Emberly Digital has built a wholesale system into the NeoRelief website, allowing retailers to apply for wholesale access, uploading their business permit and resale license. Once they are approved by the NeoRelief team, wholesale users are able to order in bulk at discounted prices.
Throughout the website process, Emberly Digital worked within FDA specifications, and collaborated with a marketing strategy company, an SEO company, and a packaging design firm.
