Software Development Project Process

Wireframing

Our wireframing process is a collaborative, in-person or virtual experience between your team and ours. During wireframing, we create low-fidelity drawings of each part of the software, workshop the user experience, and make notes on technical specifications as we go.

A typical software project requires anywhere from 3 to 10 one-hour sessions in collaboration with your team. Every hour spent wireframing can save tens or even hundreds of hours in development because our unique planning-first approach makes us so efficient.

Many clients purchase the wireframing phase as a low-investment way to clarify software requirements and get the most accurate quote possible for the final build.

We’ve developed everything from financial software for NASA to escrow software with document signing, powering multimillion-dollar transactions. Types of software our team has built:

  • AI-integrated applications
  • Content management systems
  • Inventory tracking software
  • Data visualization
  • Web and mobile apps
  • Middleware and software integration
  • SaaS software

Software and application development can be time-consuming, unwieldy, and resource-intensive. That’s why we break projects down into MVP sprints—launching core features first so you can start seeing value quickly. From there, we continue adding features over time, based on your budget and internal capacity.
