PROCESS

We’ve run marketing campaigns for local businesses, large ecommerce brands, celebrities, and everything in between. We’ve built out a process that helps projects stay agile, on track, and data-driven.

1.

Planning & Competitor Research

Our first step in any campaign is to have an initial planning call where we figure out the goals and objectives of your organization. We’ll then take a look at competitors in the same industry to find out what ads they’re running & which strategies we can learn from.

After this, we’ll put together a plan for development, design & execution that can best work towards your unique objectives!

At this stage, we’ll also gather login information for your accounts & set up tracking for your campaign.

2.

Design & Copywriting

At this stage, we’ll develop assets for the campaign using your current organization branding. We’ll typically create a large group of 7-15 ads that each represent different psychological angles that might make a customer consider your offer.

If visual assets are created, these deliverables will be made available in JPG, PNG, or any other file type you’d prefer. You’ll have 100% of the rights to these assets. If we’re creating custom landing pages, these will be created on your website or as a new page.

3.

Revisions & Launch

After this, you’ll receive a Google sheet with an overview of audience targeting, keywords, ad copy, and the details that are applicable to your campaign. We can work together in the Google sheet to make edits & comments on the campaign goals to make sure the campaign is relevant to your goals. Revisions will typically take place over a 2 week period.

Then it’s go time! We’ll launch the campaign and schedule a follow up call to review the progress and make adjustments.

4.

Optimization & Data Analysis

After the first 2 weeks, our team will review your data and make adjustments based on the results so far. After the first month, we’ll have another call to review the results with these adjustments.

At this point, we’ll make changes to the budget and ads to drive the best results for your organization.

5.

Project Overview & Report

After the 2 month test period, we’ll have a final review of the ad campaign and decide what approach makes sense for continued maintenance, whether that’s scaling ad spend up or down.

At this point, we can discuss continued ad campaign maintenance.
